We are conducting a research study with people like yourself to understand your opinions about information sources related to certain medical conditions.
Your identity and responses will remain anonymous, and this information will be in full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. (HIPAA) and GDPR guidelines
To protect public health, the FDA carefully reviews possible medication side effects and other adverse events (AEs). Our client – the research sponsor – is required to report safety and adverse event information involving its products to regulatory authorities upon becoming aware of such information. Therefore, we will forward any adverse event information immediately to the research sponsor. We are required to forward such information even if you have already reported it directly to the drug manufacturer or to an appropriate regulatory authority. In certain exceptional situations, the research sponsor may request further information, and we may need to share your contact information with them. We will notify you if this is the case.
The personal data collected is strictly as per the need of the research, m360 Research will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data against unauthorized disclosure or access; will only retain personal data for a limited and fixed period after the end of the research.
Your rights towards personal data are:

- You having the right to access of your data as and when requested
- You having the right to rectification of your data
- You having the right to erasure of your data
- You having the right to restrict processing
- You having the right to data portability
- You having the right to object
- Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling
Please note that your responses, with the possible exception of those containing information relating to possible AEs, are strictly confidential. All feedback will be aggregated before sharing it with the research sponsor, and none of your comments will be directly attributable to you.
