Defense Research Capacity Building Study Request for Information Outline

INSTRUCTIONS:
This Request for Information (RFI) aims to understand how various Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) and Minority Institutions (MIs) assess their research capabilities and interact with the Department of Defense (DoD), if applicable.

This RFI is designed to be completed in approximately 15 minutes, with a mix of multiple-choice, open-ended, and scale-based questions to capture a comprehensive view of the institutions’ research capabilities and engagement with the DoD.

While we encourage a singular respondent to complete this RFI, it can alternatively be completed by a team from your institution.
