NAACLS Volunteer (Self Study Reviewer, Site Visitor, VIP Mentor) Information Form

Thank you for your interest in serving as a NAACLS volunteer! NAACLS volunteers are the organization's backbone, and we are thrilled you have decided to volunteer your time.

If you have volunteered in the past, thank you for taking the time to submit your information again. Recently, NAACLS Staff has faced many bounce-backs to emails from those wishing to serve as a self-study reviewer and site visitors. Staff wants to ensure we have up-to-date credentials and contact information in our records. We appreciate you providing your updated information. 

Also, please note that NAACLS has combined the VIP Mentor sign-up into this form. Volunteers can find that section, as well as the updated VIP Mentor qualifications at the end of this form.

  • Volunteer Activity:
    • Candidate must have participated in at least one accreditation site visit.
    • Candidate must have reviewed at least two self-studies as a Self-Study Reviewer.
  • Experience as Program Director:
    • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as a NAACLS Accredited Program Director.
    • Candidate must have achieved at least one successful accreditation review. Either initial accreditation review or continuing accreditation review will qualify a candidate.
