Arthur Ashe, Jr. Nominations 2024

Diverse: Issues In Higher Education is accepting nominations for the annual Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholars Awards.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2024.

All minority student-athlete nominees must meet the following criteria:

Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 grading scale or its equivalent through the Fall 2023 term.
Must have completed one full academic year at the nominating institution.
Must have been enrolled for the 2023-24 academic year.
Must be an active member of an intercollegiate athletic team during the 2023-24 academic year.
Must have a demonstrated record of service to the campus or community.

Form Instructions:
Please, complete all required fields in the form below. All students who meet the standards of being an Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar will receive a certificate and an issue of Diverse magazine. Be advised that all certificates and magazines will be sent TO THE NOMINATOR. Please, provide a complete mailing address.
