To ensure your reservation request is processed, complete the entire form and click “Submit.” Requests not submitted will be marked as incomplete and cannot be followed up on.
You will receive two emails from ATMS, our reservation system, within 5 business days: one confirming your reservation and another with a secure payment link. If you don’t see the confirmation, please check your spam folder.
When contacting our registration team, please reference your booking number(s).
Important Notes:
- Discounts: We offer discounts for schools and groups located within the SCFD region: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas (excluding Castle Rock and Larkspur), and Jefferson Counties. More details will be provided in the survey.
- Prepayment Required: Full payment and final student/chaperone numbers are due one week before your visit. For some Plains Conservation Center programs, 50% is due 30 days prior, with the remaining balance due one week before.
- No Adjustments: Student/chaperone numbers cannot be adjusted on the day of your visit.
- Payment Options: Use the secure payment link provided in your confirmation email or send a check by mail.
