2024 Fall School Group Request Form

  • Use this form to request a reservation. Our registration team will contact you if we have clarifying questions.
  • Submitting a request form does not guarantee availability or a field trip.
  • To properly submit a reservation request, you must complete the entire form and click “Submit” at the end. If you do not hit “Submit”, your request will be marked as incomplete in our system. Incomplete request forms will not be processed; we are unable to follow-up about incomplete requests.
  • Within 5 business days of your request, you will receive two emails from ATMS, our reservation system: one with a confirmation, and one with a secure payment link.
  • Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the confirmation within 5 business days.
  • When communicating with our registration team, reference your booking number(s).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • We offer discounts for schools and groups within the SCFD region: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas (not including Castle Rock), and Jefferson Counties. Details later in the survey.
 
  • Prepayment is required.
  • Payment in full and final student/chaperone numbers are due one week prior to your visit (excepting some Plains Conservation Center programs where 50% is due 30 days prior, with the balance due one week prior).
  • Student/chaperone numbers cannot be adjusted the day of your visit.
  • Use the secure payment link we emailed when your reservation was confirmed, or mail us a check.
