Stamford Public Education Foundation's (SPEF) Summer Start program is designed to prepare children who have not had a formal preschool experience for their upcoming year of kindergarten. 

Children entering kindergarten must reach age 5 on or before September 1, 2024

By filling out this form, you are expressing your interest in the program. We will contact you once registration is open. Filling out this form does not guarantee a spot in the program at this time. If you have questions about our program, please email programs@spefct.org.

9. In order to attend this program, does your child need transportation? Currently transportation is not included in the program. We are assessing a plan to potentially include bus stops at various Stamford Public Schools. *This question is required.
10. In order to attend this program, does your child need extended day care? Currently the program operates from 8:15am-12:15pm. We are assessing a plan to potentially offer an extended day option. *This question is required.
