2024 Pharmacists Mutual Scholarship for the NCPA Ownership Workshop

The NCPA Foundation, with the support of Pharmacists Mutual, offers scholarships to eligible students to attend the NCPA Pharmacy Ownership Workshop. The scholarship covers the 2-day registration fee and 2 nights lodging. Scholarship recipients are responsible for their own travel arrangements and any additional expenses.

Be prepared to answer the following questions as you complete this survey:

Why you are applying for a scholarship
Ownership plans and aspirations
Commitment to contributing to the advancement of community pharmacy
Student leadership positions and community service.

Scholarship recipients will be asked to:

Attend each day of the Workshop
Make a presentation to their school’s NCPA Student Chapter or other pharmacy student meeting
Complete a W-9 to facilitate reporting income that may be taxable via IRS Form 1099
