SSC Communication Guidelines and Instructions

Instructions: The purpose of this form is to accept any submission to the ISTH Journal on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (JTH) for publication. Please fill out this form with the required information and attach your submission in the space provided. SSC Publications Policy and Guidelines can be found here. Feel free to contact ssc@isth.org should you have any questions.

Please note: Before submitting to the journal, a cover letter must accompany the manuscript and must be undersigned by both the corresponding author and the Subcommittee Chairperson, confirming approval by the Subcommittee and including all the information concerning approval, any dissent, any comments received, etc. The cover letter needs to also include the names of 3 expert reviewers that were not involved in the manuscript creation, and must follow all of the required nomenclature in the titling of a submission as described within the Policy and Guidelines referenced and linked to above.
