It’s time to begin collection of the General Fee for the 2023-24 financial year. The General Fee is a significant component of CLCs Australia’s income and allows us to provide benefits to the sector such as national advocacy and access to our accreditation scheme, webinars and LexisNexis. It helps us provide discounted insurance and the National Conference.
The first step in this process is to collect the information we need to calculate your centre’s General Fee via this online form. The form will step you through the process and provide additional information, and you will be asked upload an audited financial statement.
We ask all centres to complete the form even if they are applying for a waiver. The process for actually applying for a waiver through your state or territory association remains the same and is described in the policy linked below. A fee waiver application should be submitted to your state or territory association by 15 December 2023.
Once we have received your response, most invoices will be issued within a fortnight. As in previous years, these invoices will include an insurance administration fee for those centres that participate in the CLCs Australia's National Insurance Scheme during 23-24.
