Crisis Mental Health Response Community Survey 2024

Santa Clara County TRUST (Trusted Response Urgent Support Team) is an alternative mental health crisis response, separate from law enforcement. TRUST offers phone support, and, when needed, dispatches an in-person response team with expertise in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and stabilization. 

The cities of Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Los Altos are piloting several additional services in North County to enhance TRUST, including case management, outreach, and mental health first aid training. With RDA Consulting’s support, this survey will help show whether the community knows about and are using these services.

The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the RDA Consulting Project Manager, Dina de Veer, at ddeveer@rdaconsulting.com. This survey will close Sunday, April 28 (at 11:59pm).

The program provides over-the-phone and in-person mental health crisis services; in-person responses include a team comprised of a Crisis Intervention Specialist, First Aide Professional, and a Peer Support Specialist).  *This question is required.
