At the end of this survey, you will be able to enter a Titleist sweepstakes. There are a total of thirteen (13) prizes available to be won: three (3) randomly selected participants will receive a Titleist Players 4 Stand Bag, ten (10) randomly selected participants will receive one (1) dozen premium performance Titleist golf balls of their choice.
