Reentry Conference Call for Presentations

Information

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Missouri Reentry Conference. Please review the list below for information to help you prepare to submit your presentation for review. If you have any additional questions or issues, please email events@stlarchs.org.
  • All presentations will take place November 5-7, 2025, with the bulk of the presentations taking place on November 6th.
  • You will be assigned a 1 hour time slot. Please ensure that your presentation will take 45-50 minutes to allow for any questions.
  • Each room will have a projector, screen, microphone, and a sound patch to connect to the speaker system. You will need to provide your own laptop.
  • The hotel does have internet, but it can be spotty. Do not rely solely on the internet for your presentation. If possible, embed any videos in your slides instead of playing them via YouTube.
  • You will be asked to provide information for each of your speakers. This information will include their name, contact information, a short bio, and a headshot (if available)
  • You will be asked to attach a copy of your presentation or any materials you would like to have available via the conference app. If your presentation is chosen as a general session, you will be REQUIRED to provide your presentation ahead of time so that it can be worked into the conference slides for that day.
  • The information you provide on this form will be used in the conference app and materials. Please check your submission for accuracy.
  • You can click Save and Continue to email yourself a link to come back to this form to complete at a later date/time before final submission.
  • Chosen presenters will receive a discounted registration to attend the remainder of the conference.
