Overview
Recovery Coaches in the Emergency Department:
Subrecipient will provide recovery support services in selected hospital(s) for individuals identified with substance use disorder (SUD) or SUD-related issues.
Parents in Recovery Program:
Subrecipient is responsible for providing recovery support services to pregnant and parenting people through implementation of the Parents in Recovery Program.
