Cell phones are available for THRU Project mentee's that have been matched with their mentor for at least 3 months. Mentees must be in regular communication with their mentors and be either working or in school in order to be eligible for a cell phone and to continue being in the cell phone program. We will no longer be offering replacement cell phone's if you break or misplace your cell phone.
