Thank you for your interest in Regional Government Services (RGS) Management Academy. The Academy will include a Leadership Assessment, instructor-led training sessions, problem-solving sessions, small group projects, panel sessions with experts, and 6 one-on-one leadership coaching sessions to support the application of Academy concepts and the development of leadership skills. There will be ample opportunities to engage with and network with fellow attendees, RGS Trainers, and panel experts.
Academy sessions/components will generally occur Thursday mornings from 8:30 am – 11:30 am. Sessions will be every 2 weeks across 6 months. All virtual sessions will be scheduled ahead of time so you can place them on your calendar.
Interested attendees must complete the following steps before reserving a seat in the Academy:
- Completion of this Application Form
- RGS Approval of Application
- Payment of the Academy Tuition Fee ($3500)
Our registration form will automatically move applicants through this process. If your application is accepted, the system will generate an email to notify you and provide instructions on how to process payment for the Academy Tuition.
