Welcome to the PALS 2024 Summer program application!
This application will collect basic information and will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
After acceptance to a program, the CampDoc platform will be used for completing your profile and health forms. You will receive instructions to log in to CampDoc, once you are enrolled in a program, to update and add information for 2024.

Applications are considered on a rolling basis, and enrollment status will be sent within 4 weeks of submitting your application. PALS takes a holistic approach when considering full enrollment at each program.
