ServiceOntario Usability Testing

Help give us feedback to test a new government service

Thanks for your interest in our research. ServiceOntario is looking to test a new web platform to improve the online experience and is inviting people to participate in our user testing sessions.

Research sessions are:

Conducted online using Zoom, a web based screen-sharing software
1-on-1 sessions with you and the moderator, supported by a small research team
45- 60 minutes long
Confidential and voluntary

If you'd like to help, please complete this 2-5 minute questionnaire.

If you are selected and attend a session, and are not an Ontario Public Service employee or contractor, you will receive a $45- $60 gift card as thanks for your time.

Your privacy

Your answers to the questionnaire below will be viewed only by our research team. Any information you provide will be used only to contact you to book a session if you are selected. Your answers will not be tied to any of your feedback.

Information you provide in this survey is:
