2025 NYC Teaching Fellows 2025 Phone Interviewer Application

Thank you for beginning this three step application process to become a New York City Teaching Fellows Phone Interviewer with the New York City Department of Education. To be eligible to apply for this role, you must have direct experience either as a participant or staff member in the New York City Teaching Fellows program. This application is the first step and it includes multiple short-answer responses. It should be completed to the best of your ability even if you are a returner. Note that you will be considered a new applicant if you did this job prior to 2020 and you should respond as such. Once an application is started, it cannot be saved and returned to at a later date. Please ensure you are setting aside at least 45 minutes to complete this application. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and applications will be considered on a rolling basis. The final deadline for submission is November 18th, 2024. NOTE: This timeline may be slightly different from that listed on the job posting so it is important to adhere to the deadline in this application)

Events will be held on Saturday mornings (8:45am-12:45pm) and weekday evenings (4:45pm-8:45pm). Events will take place between January 2025 and May 2025. We expect Phone Interviewers to commit to working at least 4 different four-hour interview blocks on a monthly basis. Will you be able to make this commitment through May 2025?
