Data Quality Survey 2024

The purpose of this survey is to gauge the scope and impact of poor patient data quality across the spectrum of healthcare enterprises.

For the purpose of this survey:
"patient data" is the data that represents the clinical situation for the patient, the patient's health information.
"data quality" focuses on the accuracy of the data and the ability of the data to be meaningfully leveraged by software applications.
“poor data quality” is data that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or in any way uncertain or unreliable.

Please consider each question and respond to the best of your ability.  Answers will not be attributed to any specific organization; the results are intended to represent a collective assessment, not a specific one.
