CCBA Mentorship Program Mentee Interest Form

Please take a moment to complete the CCBA Mentee Interest form. We are looking for mentees for the second cohort of the CCBA Mentorship Program. Mentees will be matched with business leaders and experienced professionals from various organizations across Collin County and career fields. If you would like to be considered as a mentee for this program, please complete this short questionnaire. This program will officially launch for selected mentees early March 2024.

7. Are you able to commit to meeting with your mentee for a minimum 2 times a month virtually for 6 months?
