FSP Coaches Sign Up - W24

Sign-up to be a Coach for The First-Year Success Program!

The First-Year Success Program (FSP) provides programming and assistance to first-year students on academic probation for the first time. We are looking for diverse faculty, staff, and graduate students who are committed to supporting students as they work towards success for future quarters to come. 

The requirements for FSP Coaches are as following: 
  1. Complete the following survey by Thursday, December 7th so that we can gather information regarding your preferences, background, and availability.
  2. Attend the virtual FSP Coaches' Training on Friday, December 15th from 10:00am-11:30am to learn about the program structure, timeline, materials, and more. 
    1. Details will be shared via Outlook Calendar invite.
    2. Make-ups are available by request - email anamos@calpoly.edu and continue completing this form.
  3. Serve as an FSP Coach at the workshop on January 12th for a small group of students.
  4. Check-in via email with assigned students during Week 5 for support.
