In exchange for the membership benefits, property partners acknowledge that some applicants may have housing barriers which may impact their ability to apply for housing or pass typical screening criteria. Partners are requested to indicate how they will be flexible in their screening criteria.

7. Member agrees to receive a brief orientation, including how to upload and update unit availability in Padmission (the network's free marketing platform). *This question is required.

8. Member agrees to provide, via Padmission, regular availability updates to ensure applicants are applying for current inventory. *This question is required.

9. Member agrees to timely communication about any written notices, late rent, or unit damages with Prince William Area Landlord Network staff and any relevant service provider staff members assisting the household. *This question is required.

10. Member acknowledges that units must be safe, sanitary, and in good repair. Depending on the tenant’s rental assistance program, inspections may be required prior to lease execution. More information will be provided at the time of application by the client’s service provider. *This question is required.

11. Prior to leasing with any referred tenants, member agrees to provide copies of the following to their regional WHN point of contact during orientation.
