The purpose of the survey is to understand what health care professionals in New Hampshire need to increase and enhance the conversations around tickborne disease prevention. Your feedback will assist Tick Free NH with the development of useful and relevant material to educate patients about how to prevent tick encounters and what to do if they do find a tick or are bitten by a tick.
