Please only submit this form once. You must have an image or diagram of the entire booth layout, this can be a photograph, drawing or schematic. Submissions without an image(s) will be considered incomplete and will be deleted. 

The deadline for submissions was Friday, January 19th, 2024.

Our team will do their best to continue to review submitted approval forms up until March 4th, 2024 but cannot guarantee a response prior to the show.

The mandatory booth approval form is especially important to ensure that your booth (structure, components, décor) is 100% flame retardant.
 

Those who have not submitted the form, or, those that arrive late for move-in are subject to Fire Marshal review prior to show open. If your booth has any component that is NOT flame proofed, the Fire Marshal of Anaheim has the right to remove the item and submit it to the queue for Delta Pacific Fire Proofing to treat the item. This process has protocols and may be time consuming.

Floor managers will be on the show floor during move in to ensure compliance and safety, and will be happy to help exhibitors.

9. Upload diagram of booth layout showing all elements including height, width and depth of all items and placement within booth space. This can be a photo of the completed layout, diagram, CAD drawing or hand drawing.  *This question is required.
10. What is the height, width, and depth (in inches) of the back wall structure/banner (including any attachments) of your booth?  *This question is required.
11. Does your booth have any side walls (other than the drape that is provided for in-line booths)?  *This question is required.
12. Are there any items taller than 4' placed in the front half of the booth? Examples of these items include pop-up banners, display cases, counter, literature rack etc.  *This question is required.

Fire Marshal Information
17. Does your product require the use of a deep-fat fryer to be prepared? If so, you must provide a 2A10BC or K Fire Extinguisher.

18. Do you have a two-story booth structure?
Please upload the California Stamped Engineered Drawings of the booth. You will also need to contact tradeshowinspector@anaheim.net for an Exhibitor Permit. *This question is required.
19. Does the booth utilize any decorative materials?

Examples include faux plants such as walls & hedges, grass or floral walls, umbrella, canopy, upholstered furniture (if not rented through GES), cardboard (if used as furniture or display wall), and inflatables.

A copy of the California State Fire Marshal Flame Retardant Certificate must be provided to Anaheim Fire & Rescue. 20. Does the booth contain any compressed gas containers/cylinders?  If yes, please give the type of gas and size of container/cylinder. This includes CO2, propane, butane and nitrogen. *This question is required.
Sampling Information
21. Will you be sampling food or beverage products? *This question is required.
All exhibitors conducting open sampling must have a Hand Washing Kit in their booth. *This question is required.
