SacMap Workshop Registration Form

Welcome to the SacMap Workshop Registration Form
We provide workshops to the communities of Sacramento County to provide education about accessing services in Sacramento County and how to use our resources. We facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops to connect as many residents as we can. Workshop attendees are eligible for a gift card.

Gift cards terms and conditions:

Attend the entire workshop
Complete the workshop evaluation and demographic questions
Be a current resident of Sacramento County
Limited to one gift card per person
Current Cal Voices employees and Sacramento County employees are not eligible

SacMap Program
The SacMap Program provides an online resource directory where Sacramento County community members can find behavioral health programs and services available to them. The resource lists focus on programs that do not require a formal referral, and many are available at no-cost.
