PECO Application Phase 1 (pre-application) - UPDATE 10/16/2023

Introduction

June 3, 2025 Update:
Starting on June 3, 2025, PECO will be updating the EVsmart Charging Program Rebate application to a different application platform. On June 3, this version of the Rebate Reservation Request will be deactivated and all applications must be submitted on the new application platform. For any customers applying via this Rebate Reservation Request before the opening of the June 3, 2025 new application platform, there will be additional steps and information needed to be completed by the customer to finalize their application transition on the new platform.

PECO's EVsmart Charging Program Rebate Reservation Request

PECO's Level 2 Commercial Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Pilot Rebate & Public Benefit EV Charging Program are available through one EVsmart Rebate Reservation Request. Using the information provided, PECO will determine which program your project is eligible for.

Please have the following information available to complete this
reservation request:
  • A recent PECO bill for the project site OR
  • The PECO account number, customer name, and service address of the project site.
  • Preliminary project details (e.g., number of charging stations/ports you plan to install, planned charger model and network provider).
At any time, you may pause your reservation request by clicking “Save and continue later” at the top of the page. You will then receive an email with a new link to return you to where you left off. NOTE: If you close your browser before your reservation request is complete, and don't use the “Save and continue later” feature, your responses will be lost.
