GL Complaints Form

This complains form can be used for complaints that relate to GL’s Whisteblowing and safeguarding policies . Confidentiality is assured. You can submit your complaint anonymously as the E Mail field is not compulsory. However, anonymous complaints are more difficult for us to verify. Please specify as many details as you can, acknowledging that more detail allows for a more thorough investigation. In particular, it is helpful to have details of:
WHEN – timing of allegation
WHAT – specific nature of allegation including verbal communication if relevant
WHO – who was involved in the allegation and witnessed it
WHERE – location of allegation

If the incident is reported anonymously, it is harder to run an investigation. Anonymous complaints must be thoroughly investigated and verified before they can be brought as evidence to a hearing.
