Would you like to be a judge in the 2024 CIPD People Management Awards? We are inviting nominations from HR professionals from across the sector and would like to hear from you. Please ensure you have permission to nominate a colleague.
The quality of judges has been integral to the reputation and integrity of this event over the years. We want to ensure the final judging panel is comprised of an inclusive and diverse range of individuals to fully represent the industry at all levels.
For those of you who are unaware of the process and time commitment, PMA judging is in two stages:
Filter stage - You’ll be required to read and score all entries in your category which will determine this year’s shortlist. We estimate that this will take 1-2 days to complete. You’ll have roughly 3 weeks in May to complete this stage of the judging process.
Panel judging - We ask you to virtually join a distinguished panel of judges for one day in early July for a live virtual judging panel. Representatives from each of the shortlisted companies will present their entry live on Zoom. We will confirm your allocated panel judging day if you are confirmed as a judge.
To show our appreciation for your time, energy and expertise, judges are invited free of charge to the evening CIPD PM Awards dinner and ceremony on 19 September at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. Please complete the following form to nominate yourself or a colleague for the CIPD People Management Awards 2024 judging. We will review and get back to you by late March with a decision.
