NAM Clinician Well-Being Change Maker Sign-up_Public

The Clinician Well-Being Collaborative is excited to engage the strong minds and expertise of the greater health community for a new role in our work to address health worker burnout. We invite you to take the next step in the health workforce well-being movement by joining the NAM’s Change Maker campaign.

All Change Makers will build on their well-being efforts by affirming their commitment to Priority Area 6 of the National Plan for Health Workforce Well-Being: "Institutionalize Well-Being as a Long-Term Value." NAM Change Makers will also have opportunities to shape Collaborative activities, such as the inaugural Health Workforce Well-Being Day in March 2024 and other Collaborative events. All Change Makers will receive public recognition of their role through a Change Maker for Health Workforce Well-Being Badge that can be displayed on websites, social media, and other promotional materials.

Together with hundreds of other organizations across the country, we are beginning to turn the tide of clinician burnout and rebuild a thriving health profession for the good of the US health system. Please sign up to join our efforts and become an NAM Change Maker by responding to the prompts below by March 4, 2024.* 
The opportunity will remain open afterwards, but Change Makers who apply by the above deadline will be recognized in a March 2024 announcement around the Day of Awareness. Feel free to reach out to ClinicianWellBeing@nas.edu with any questions.

*For all organizations that have previously served as NAM Network Organizations, please note that this role will become inactive in favor of the new role in our Change Maker campaign. Our previous Network Organizations are encouraged to fill out the prompts below to continue working actively with the Collaborative as a Change Maker.
