- Before submitting funding requests, review these guidelines.
- To be considered for the following calendar year it is strongly recommended you submit your request by October 31. (example: submit by 10/31/25 for an event happening in 2026)
- If you are unable to meet the deadline above, all requests must be submitted through the online form at least 90 days before the event date with complete information.
- Due to a high volume of requests, meeting the deadline does not guarantee funding from Priority Health.
We strive to inform our partners of an acceptance or decline at least 45 days prior to the event or funding deadline.
