We're reviewing the current mental health services provision for young people aged 16-25 in Liverpool.
We will be:
- Evaluating the current mental health pathway of support for young people aged 16-25.
- Giving young people a space to voice their thoughts and opinions on what's available, such as exploring what services they are aware of and how accessible these are.
We're exploring young people’s mental health needs, prevention methods, the services they access, the gaps they experience in these services and their awareness of the themes and services that relate to them:
- What are the challenges, issues and needs you face in relation to their mental health?
- How do you feel about the support that’s available?
- How do you feel about how/when/where you can access this support?
- Is there specific support you would like to access that they can’t/don’t exist?
What will happen after the review?Once we've completed the review, we will develop an action plan that strengthens the support that's available, keeping young people’s voices at the heart of this. How can you contribute?
This short survey
(which will take around five minutes to complete) explores the experiences young people have had with the services and the support they've received.
- If you have received support, we want to understand how you felt about the process, from referral throughout your journey and after leaving the service.
- If you know someone who has had mental health support, maybe a friend, colleague, or family member, we'd like to hear your views on their experiences.
Every young person's views and experiences are valuable. You don't need to answer every question, but each response is important to us.
Your responses will be treated in confidence; you do not have to disclose your name or contact details if you wish to remain anonymous.
Thank you for your time.
