WASHINGTON STATE CLOCK HOUR PROVIDERS 2024-2025

APPLICATION TO BECOME A CLOCK HOUR PROVIDER

FOR: New and continuing clock hour providers.

APPROVAL PERIOD: October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.

TO SEEK APPROVAL: Agencies must be non-profit/not-for-profit, a school district, a Washington State approved private school, an accredited college/university or a local, state or federal government. The Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) is the approving agency.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 1, 2024

PLEASE NOTE: All Washington State Public School Districts, Charter Schools, and Compact Schools are automatically approved as clock hour providers. If you fall under one of these categories, you will not need to apply.

We use the information you provide to respond to our clients' questions, to list your agency on our clock hour page, and to email you clock hour updates.

(It is crucial that the agency name is reflected in this title. Example: OSPI will be submitted as Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction-OSPI. If you are an approved provider from a previous year, you must use the same agency name unless there has been an OFFICIAL name change.)

4. Is your agency a local, state or federal agency, Educational Service District (ESD), or a Washington State approved Private School? *This question is required.

5. Does this inservice agency or organization provide the paraeducator Fundamental Course of Study (FCS), Special Education and English Language Learner courses OR does the agency or organization plan to offer these courses at a later date? *This question is required.
