Resource Sharing Patron Feedback Survey

The following short survey will help library staff improve the Resource Sharing/CSU+/Interlibrary Loan service across the CSU. Thank you for taking time out of your day to submit your feedback. Your responses are anonymous and individual responses will not be shared outside of CSU staff and faculty. Aggregate responses may be shared (example: 200 patrons gave resource sharing a score of X.)
