Are you getting anxious that the holidays are around the corner and you will be seeing lots of friends and family? And perhaps even more nervous that typically folks tend to add a few pounds during the holidays?

Are you looking for accountability to stay on track and begin living your best life?

If this is you, then I urge you to join our 8 Week Shape-Up Challenge.

Aside from being FREE to join, you can win some amazing prizes and milestone awards.

You will be provided weekly accountability with a check in each Saturday where you will share your progress updates and how you have improved.

You will be provided daily exercise challenges.

You will be provided fun recipes to try using our BioTRUST Nutrition products.  You will also be provided the opportunity to share your own recipes.

You will have a weekly video call with all the participants.  

Did I mention this is a super fun way to meet new people and get all the support and encouragement you need to get heathier and get in shape for the holidays.

There is no specific diet or meal plan you are required to follow.  We can help you with ideas, and recipes, but there is not a one size fits all diet/meal plan that works for everyone.

We encourage everyone to be active and move their body every day, and we can certainly provide guidance on a workout program, but depending on your fitness/skill level, there is not a one size fits all program that works for everyone.  

Participants will be awarded points for participating in the mini challenges and weekly check-ins, which alongside healthy progress/transformation will determine the winners.
Step 1: Upload Your Before Photos (Required)

Directions: You will need to have 3 full body photos of yourself taken in good lighting as shown below along with a newspaper to verify date of photo. Please have your photos taken before filling out this form - your information can not be saved and returned to later. Guidelines for "Acceptable" Photos:
  • Your photo must be full body as shown below and include your face.
  • Use good lighting and a good phone or digital camera for a quality photograph.
  • Take your photo against a plain background like a light-colored wall without anything else in the background.
  • We prefer if someone takes your photos, but if you would prefer to do "Selfies" in a mirror that is fine as long as the photos show your full body, including your face.
  • Men: Please take your photo in shorts, shirt is optional (no speedos, please).
  • Women: Please take your photo in a sports bra and shorts or form fitting clothing to your comfort level.
