Network Subscription Capacity Assessment

Subscription Pilot Network Self-Assessment

The network self-assessment has two parts: 

Part 1: Network Capacity Assessment – Using a Likert scale, you will respond to a series of statements about your network related to the seven capacities in our Network Diagnostic Framework (shared purpose, membership, leadership, culture, infrastructure, resources, measurement). From your responses, we will be able to know which of your network’s network capacities are strong or need attention. 

Part 2: Open-ended questions - You will respond to a series of open-ended questions about a) your network’s journey, ambitions, and needs and b) your expectations for the subscription. 

If you have selected the Essential or Premium tiers, your self-assessment responses will be shared with your advisor; they will review the responses in advance of your first call together. You may choose to use the responses as a tool – e.g., to focus conversations, to set goals, etc. – to define your engagement in the subscription.
