Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan 2028 – industry consultation survey

The Tasmanian Government’s Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan 2024 is now due for renewal having played a major role in supporting Tasmanian manufacturing over the past four years.

We would like your input into the new Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan to ensure that it meets the needs of Tasmanian industry for the next four years. Your input will inform the creation of new projects, programs and policies to support the Tasmanian manufacturing industry through to 2028 and beyond.

This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
Information Collection Statement

It is optional to provide any personally identifiable information to the Department of State Growth (the Department) in this survey. If you choose to provide your personal information, the Department will manage your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 (Tas).

The personal information collected will be used by the Department for the purpose of contacting you to provide further information on the Department’s support programs, if you request to be contacted. The Department may also disclose your personal information to third parties in circumstances allowed for by law. You have the right to access your personal information by request to the Department.

You may request to have your information withdrawn at any time. If you withdraw, information you have provided will be deleted from the Department’s systems and any hard copies destroyed.

Please note that information provided in response to this survey may be subject to a request for disclosure under the Right to Information Act 2009 however personal or commercially sensitive information relating to identifiable entities may be eligible for exemption. If the Department receives an application for identifying information from this survey, you will be offered the opportunity to provide your views in relation to any contemplated disclosure.
