Shipping Requirements

Before submitting the rotary repair request please be aware of the following requirements:

The rotary must be clean of chips and coolant.
Cables and hoses must be coiled-up and zip tied neatly.
The rotary unit must be secured inside the crate.
Do not ship your rotary/control box before an RA number is provided.
Remove all fixtures and clamping devices from the rotary unless specifically requested otherwise.

NOTE: Incorrect packaging may result in cancellation of the Return Authorization.

IMPORTANT: Every Haas Servo Control Box has a lithium battery to maintain processor memory. Haas Automation cannot ship lithium batteries; therefore, the battery will be removed prior to shipping back to you.

You will need to purchase the batteries locally, install the batteries, and follow the instructions we provide to initialize the parameters for your unit. Please follow the link below for battery specifications and instructions.

Motor Identification

Attention: All warranty repairs must be sent to Oxnard, CA (HAI), or Zaventem, Belgium (HAE).

These are the only repair locations that repair these older units.

HRT7/9/11/SRT : Located on the top within one of the milled slots.

TR110 : Located on the back or center rotary.

TR160/TR210/TR310 : Located on the base in the lower left-hand corner.

TRT100: Located on the lower right-hand corner of the side of the main body.

TRT160/210/310 : Located on the base in the lower left-hand corner.
