Welcome to our Preferred Variety program!

The Grain Craft Preferred Variety Program includes varieties that have been thoroughly tested and selected based on key milling and baking characteristics.

1. Please read through the Preferred Variety Program Requirements and check each box that you have read and agree. *This question is required.

Contracted varieties may be co-mingled but must be stored and delivered seperate from varieties not included in this program.
Records are to be made available at time of contracting for variety verification and must include field location (GPS coordinates or other description), date of planting, date of harvest, acres planted, and bushels harvested.
Wheat must meet FGIS Grade #2 or better for HRW. Grain Craft discounts and premiums to apply at time of shipment.
Quantity and variety of seed must be verified using certified seed certificates representative of total acres planted and must be provided at the time of contracting.
Producer agrees to complete and return the Grain Craft Harvest and Grower Sustainability Surveys for contracted acres by October 1, 2024.
At harvest, producer will collect and send a 10 lb. sample of each contracted preferred variety to: Grain Craft Innovation & Quality (GCIQ) Lab at 1990 Kimball Avenue, Manhattan, KS. Sample must include Name, Farm Name, and Variety Information.
