Thank you for taking time to participate in the New Faculty Institute Survey. The responses you provide in the survey will provide the program committee valuable insight on how to best support new faculty and inform planning for future institutes. The survey will take most people about 7 minutes to complete.
The survey responses are anonymous and will be kept confidential. Data from the survey will only be reported in summary or aggregate form, and no one, except the Office of Institutional Research, will be able to tie specific responses back to individuals.
To ensure your anonymity, we ask that you create an identification code that will be used for both the pre- and post-program surveys. The purpose of the identification code is to assess growth and impact of the institute on program participants.
Participation in the survey is also voluntary. You may leave blank any questions you do not wish to answer.
