The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold a virtual public hearing on August 31, 2023, to provide the public the opportunity to present comments and information regarding the Agency's proposal. This proposed action addresses amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Coke Ovens: Pushing, Quenching, and Battery Stacks, and Coke Oven Batteries.
