You are invited by the County of Orange to participate in a survey being conducted for the County’s Older Adults Needs Assessment. The purpose of this survey is to identify the needs of older adults and gather insights from your experience. Data is collected by Advance OC and any personal identifiable information will not be shared with anyone. Results of this survey will be used to develop Orange County’s Master Plan for Aging.
The survey begins on September 5 and ends on December 30, 2023.
