Thanks for your interest in Priority Pups! Priority Health is not currently taking formal applications for school district partnerships, however, if you would like to share your interest in partnering with us in the future, please fill out the interest form below.

Facility dogs must be approved by leadership and insured and maintained by the hosting school district before a partnership request would be considered by Priority Health.
