Mental Health Literacy Units of Instruction Feedback Survey

The Mental Health Literacy Units of Instruction were released by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction in 2021 to provide skills-based lesson plans for 3rd - 12th grade classrooms.  Please complete the survey below to share your feedback on the instructional units. 

Please note: now available are PowerPoint templates for educators and student services staff to facilitate the lessons. Also included are new lessons and updated weblinks for the curricula and caregiver companion guide. Be sure to re-download the materials to have access to the most up-to-date resources!
