The city of Evanston has contracted the independent research firms of Hirons and Research Support Services to conduct this survey. Your responses will be kept confidential, and once data has been gathered and analyzed it will be reported to the City of Evanston.

This survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses to all questions are important and valued. Your responses will be used to inform future planning related to Evanston community centers.
