Rowing Australia Online Training (Integrity, Disciplinary and Grievance Policies)

The online training session will be delivered by Liam Bourke (Rowing Australia National Integrity Manager) via Microsoft Teams and run for approximately 90mins (2 alternative timeslots available).

In this session, Club and State Association representatives will learn about the updated process for managing poor behaviour and interpersonal conflict, under the following policies. Clubs and State Associations will benefit from practical guidance (including case studies and common pitfalls to avoid) and understanding the support available from the RA National Integrity Manager.
