This order form provides access for System Offices units and staff to purchase University of Illinois System-branded gear. This is currently in a pilot phase, and as such, please contact procurementservices@uillinois.edu if you would like to order large quantities of any items. Small orders will be fulfilled in a relatively short amount of time, but large orders will have a longer fulfillment timeline. 

Hours for Pick-Up & Try-On are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Please email procurementservices@uillinois.edu to schedule a time.
