Waterfront Seattle - Pioneer Square Construction Information

Waterfront Seattle is excited to begin construction on the Pioneer Square Improvements Project. Work will begin in January 2024 and is anticipated to continue through the end of 2024. Working with community partner Alliance for Pioneer Square, we have designed and will construct improvements on portions of King, Main and Washington Streets, Yesler Way and 2nd Avenue S to prioritize pedestrians, improve sidewalks and increase greenery in the Pioneer Square neighborhood.
