Welcome to the Reporting Form for State Grants to Libraries FY23-24. With your careful reporting of purchases and stories about the benefit to students, patrons, and learning, the Colorado State Library will be able to summarize how the grants were used and how they have impacted people statewide.
Reporting is due by July 31, 2024. This reporting form must be completed to be eligible for future State Grants to Libraries funding.
