Project ACHIEVE is doing a research study to develop a digital health communication tool. The purpose of this tool is to improve recruitment and enrollment of transgender women into HIV vaccine research studies. This will help us towards a goal of making sure that any future HIV vaccine studies, and potential vaccines that become available, consider the needs and preferences of transgender women.

To help develop this communication tool, we want to hear from transgender women to learn about what’s important when it comes to HIV vaccines and participation in HIV vaccine studies. There are three phases to this study. In the current phase of the study, participants will complete a one-time interview so we can learn about their needs and preferences for a health communication tool. The interview will be virtual or in-person and will last 1 hour. Participants receive $50 compensation for their time.
