Evaluation 2023 Student Volunteers

The American Evaluation Association would like to thank you for your interest in volunteering at Evaluation 2023!

Volunteering at the conference is a great way to meet other student colleagues as well as a range of conference attendees! Volunteers receive a waived conference registration (this does not include professional development workshops). Students will assist in a scheduled position for approximately four hours at the conference.

Volunteers MUST be enrolled full-time in their college/university to qualify for this program.

A mandatory general orientation will be held virtually prior to Evaluation 2023. Further information on date and time will be circulated to accepted volunteers.

Once your volunteer role is confirmed (typically 5 business days), Mike Zapata with AEA staff will send you a waiver code to register for Evaluation 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
